Thank you for visiting and shopping at GPO OÜ. We aim to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Here’s all you need to know about our shipping policy.
1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Orders are shipped from Tallinn with our contracted carriers: Omniva, SmartPosti, DPD, Venipak and FedEx. The shipping cost is calculated per order, based on the destination country and the total weight of the order, and is shown at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (within Estonia)
• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - €3.90-26.90 per order depending on weight (see the table above) or Free for orders over €500
• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - Contact us for shipping cost estimate.
• Pickup from our shop in Tallinn (Peterburi tee 38/9): Free. Orders are usually ready within 24 hours; please agree on the pickup time by phone (+372 5760 6060) before coming.
International Shipping (Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Poland)
• Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days - €6.90-79.90 per order depending on country and weight (see the table above) or free for orders over €1000
• Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days - Contact us for shipping cost estimate.
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.
2. Order Processing Times
• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.
In cases of high order volume or delays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll keep you updated.
3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can use this to monitor the delivery progress on our shipping carrier’s website.
4. Shipping Destinations
At checkout we currently ship to Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland and Poland. If you need delivery to another EU country, please contact us at shop@gpo-tech.com, and we’ll try to help.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
• International Orders: Orders shipped outside of Estonia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs Delays: Customs processing times may vary, which may cause delivery delays beyond our control.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at shop@gpo-tech.com within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.
• We will work with the shipping carrier to assist you with locating or replacing the item as quickly as possible.
