About delivery

We deliver our products throughout Estonia, as well as to Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, and other EU countries.

We understand that this issue can cause unnecessary anxiety, especially if the goods have to travel a long way. In this article, we will answer frequently asked questions about delivery.

Delivery methods:

We deliver products personally in Tallinn and its surroundings up to 20 km.
- Further afield, we use the services of Venipak, Omniva, and DPD.
Large parcels will be delivered to you by courier to the specified address, and small parcels can be picked up from an Omniva parcel locker.
- Can I track my parcel?
Yes, after dispatch we provide a tracking link.

Delivery time

Delivery within Estonia - 1-2 business days.
To Lithuania, Latvia, Poland - 2-3 business days.

Free delivery for orders over €1000

- What if the heater arrives damaged?
In case of damage to the goods, we send a new one of the same type at no extra charge. 

By the way, we had such cases, and after each one, we drew conclusions and improved the packaging until we achieved the desired result. Now, in a year, there has not been a single case of damage in transit.
