How a Poznań heating distributor sells GPO towel dryers with direct delivery from Tallinn

Not every customer finds us on gpo-store.com. In Poland, our towel dryers reach bathrooms through an electrical-heating specialist in Poznań, an authorised distributor of several German heating brands and a trade partner of a national energy company. In January 2026 and again in September they sent us the same kind of email: "Please send to the customer: Infrared towel rail, 670 W bathroom heater, glass, two towel rails, 1 piece", with the end customer's address. This is how that works, and why a one-line order is a sign of a healthy partnership.
The customer's problem
A specialist dealer wants to offer a premium glass towel dryer without stocking it: the colours and rail counts multiply, demand is seasonal, and every pallet in a Poznań warehouse is capital. The end customer, meanwhile, expects delivery within days and a product that arrives undamaged.
What we did
Drop-shipping, kept deliberately simple. The distributor sends the order with the end customer's address; we confirm the shipping day within minutes; the dryer leaves Tallinn the next day with Venipak and a tracking link goes back to the distributor; three days later we ask the distributor to confirm with the customer that everything arrived in good condition. January's black dryer with two rails: ordered on the 19th, shipped on the 20th, delivered on the 23rd, "heater is ok, customer will be mounting it in near future". September's white dryer: ordered on the 29th, shipped on the 30th.
Benefit for the customer
For the distributor: a premium glass product in the catalogue with zero stock, a delivery time of 2–3 business days after dispatch (see our About delivery page), and a manufacturer who answers in minutes. For the Polish homeowner: a towel dryer that is also a bathroom heater, with a 5-year warranty and app control, delivered to the door by a courier they can track.
Technology used
Infrared Glass Towel Dryer 670 W (white or black, two or three rails): 1000 × 365 mm tempered-glass panel, Wi-Fi thermostat, GPO Home app (languages: English, Estonian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Finnish, Russian). Logistics: Venipak road delivery from Tallinn to Poland; shipping confirmation and tracking link sent to the distributor on dispatch.
Improvements and know-how
What makes drop-shipping panels work is packaging and communication, not software. On packaging: we have had transport damage before, and after each case we improved the packaging until there was no damage in transit for a year (details and a packing-test video are on our About delivery page; we also documented a drop test on camera). The communication part we standardised after the first Polish orders: a confirmation with shipping day on receipt, a tracking link on dispatch, and a "please confirm with the customer" check three days later, which closes the loop and catches transport damage before the customer mounts the panel.
