1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer shipping to a range of countries with competitive shipping rates and delivery times.

 Domestic Shipping (within Estonia)

• Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days - €5.00-15.00 per item or Free for orders over €500

• Express Shipping: 1-2 business days - Contact us for shipping cost estimate.

 International Shipping

• Standard International Shipping: 7-14 business days - Cost calculated at checkout or free for orders over €1000

• Express International Shipping: 3-5 business days - Contact us for shipping cost estimate.

Note: Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

2. Order Processing Times

• Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

In cases of high order volume or delays, processing times may be slightly extended, but we’ll keep you updated.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). You can use this to monitor the delivery progress on our shipping carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to a EU countries. If we do not ship to your country yet, please contact us at shop@gpo-tech.com, and we’ll try to help.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

• International Orders: Orders shipped outside of Estonia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

• Customs Delays: Customs processing times may vary, which may cause delivery delays beyond our control.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at shop@gpo-tech.com within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

• We will work with the shipping carrier to assist you with locating or replacing the item as quickly as possible.
