CONDITIONS
Before making a purchase, please carefully read the terms and conditions of the GPO-Store online store.
When placing an order, be careful and check that the entered information and contact details are correct. The timely and rapid arrival of the goods you ordered depends on the correctness of the data specified in the order.
1.Scope and validity of the conditions
1.1. These terms apply to sales and purchase agreements (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement), which are concluded between the person ordering goods in the GPO-Store online store (www.gpo-store.com) (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer) and GPO OÜ, reg nr. 14897399, KMKR EE102227529 (hereinafter referred to as the Seller). The purchase and sale agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer places an order, sends an order confirmation to the Buyer’s email address and pays for the goods by the Buyer.
1.2.In addition to these conditions, legal relations arising when purchasing goods through the GPO-Store are governed by the legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.
1.3. GPO OÜ has the right to change and supplement (1 time per month on the 1st day) these terms and conditions and the price list in connection with the development of www.gpo-store.com and in the interests of better and safer use.
- Products and prices
2.1. All prices in the GPO-Store online store are indicated in euros and include VAT 22%.
2.2. The delivery cost is added to the purchased goods in accordance with the mode of transport chosen by the Buyer and is calculated in the Buyer's basket.
2.3. In general, products presented in the GPO-Store online store are available immediately. Items available to order only are marked accordingly and information about the length of the delivery period is added to them.
3.Order and payment
3.1. Select the products that suit you and add them to your cart.
3.2. When all the desired items have been added to the cart, click the “Cart” button, select the appropriate transportation method and fill in the required fields with your data and confirm the order.
3.3. The Buyer can pay for the purchase by credit/debit card, Paypal, transfer to the Seller's bank account (Bank Deposit), pay by invoice (Money Order) or in cash upon pickup of the goods (COD).
Payment by bank transfer is carried out on the basis of an order confirmation sent to the Buyer’s email, where all the necessary bank details are indicated.
3.4. An order sent to the buyer's email is valid for three days, and if payment by bank transfer was chosen, the order must be paid within this period.
3.4.1. If the money does not arrive in the Seller’s bank account within five days, the order placed by the Buyer in the GPO-Store online store will be cancelled.
4.Delivery time and transport
4.1. The goods ordered by the Buyer in the GPO-Store online store are issued from the Seller’s warehouse after 100% payment for the Order.
4.2. All products in the store and orders for them are fulfilled no later than five working days after receipt of payment.
4.3. If a delivery period is indicated near the product (for example, 2-4 months), this means that the product will be delivered by the manufacturer to the Seller’s warehouse within a maximum of 4 months after the entry into force of the Sales Agreement, from where it will be transferred to the Buyer.
4.4. If the product ordered by the Buyer is currently out of stock or discontinued, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about this, informs the time of arrival of the new product or, if desired, returns the money.
4.5. Type of transport service “Pick up” - The goods can be taken by the Buyer from the Seller’s showroom at Peterburi tee 38/9, Tallinn, Estonia.
Ordered and paid for goods are issued on weekdays from 9:00 to 17:00, with prior notification of the readiness of goods and the arrival of the Buyer by telephone, or at another time agreed with the Seller.
4.5.1. The “Pick up” service is provided free of charge.
4.6. Type of transport service “Estonia - Omniva” - In cooperation with Omniva, GPO-Store offers a convenient service of sending to the parcel machine closest to the address specified by the Buyer. If the Buyer wishes delivery by courier to the address specified by him, he must inform about this when placing an order or immediately after payment, by phone or email. However, when ordering to a specific address with a courier, the price of delivery may be different - it is agreed and paid separately.
4.6.1. The cost of the “Estonia - Omniva” service is 20 euros.
4.7. Type of transport service “Local Delivery” - The Seller himself delivers the products purchased from the GPO-Store to the Buyer’s address. We ship to Tallinn and Harjumaa, but if you are located further, please contact us before making an order.
4.7.1. The cost of the “Local Delivery” service is 15 euros within Tallinn and 20 euros in Harjumaa.
4.8. The price of delivery of goods in accordance with clauses 4.5.1., 4.6.1. and 4.7.1. valid on the territory of the Republic of Estonia. If you want to order delivery of goods outside of Estonia, select the desired country from the list or contact GPO-Store by email shop@gpo-tech.com and we will make you an offer.
5.Cancellation of orders and return of goods, warranty
5.1. After payment for the goods, but before delivery of the goods, the buyer has the right to cancel his order by sending a corresponding message to the e-mail address of the GPO-Store online store shop@gpo-tech.com along with the order number and his bank account number.
5.2. After receiving the goods, the Buyer has 14 days to examine the goods in accordance with VÕS (§ 56 (1)). If the product is not suitable, the Buyer has the right to refuse the order and return the purchased product within 14 days after delivery of the product.
5.2.1. According to the conditions listed in Article 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act, specially ordered goods (for example, a heater made from the Buyer's ceramic tiles) cannot be returned to the buyer, unless the goods are found to be defective.
5.3. The returned product must not be used and must be complete (located in the product packaging and contain all the elements included in the product packaging). If a product is purchased as part of a campaign in which another product is added to the product, those products are considered one product and must be returned as one product.
5.4. In case of cancellation of the order or refusal of the order within 14 days after delivery of the goods, the Seller will, within 14 days, return to the Buyer the amount paid for the purchase (including postage) to the bank account specified by the Buyer. no later than the moment the order is canceled or notification of order cancellation is received, except in cases where the returned goods have deteriorated or the deterioration is caused by:
5.4.1. circumstances beyond the control of the Seller
5.4.2. from improper use of the product
5.5. In paragraphs 5.4.1. and 5.4.2. In these cases, the Seller has the right to offset the reduction in the value of the goods with the amount paid for the goods by the Buyer and subject to return to him.
5.6. If the Buyer has clearly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest regular delivery method offered by the GPO-Store online store, the Seller does not reimburse the Buyer for transportation costs in case of cancellation of the order or refusal to pay for delivery, whose price exceeds the cost of the usual delivery method and has the right to make corresponding recalculation.
5.7. The GPO-Store online store is not responsible for damage caused to the Buyer or delay in delivery of goods if the damage or delay in delivery of goods is caused by circumstances that the online store could not influence or foresee.
5.8. The GPO OÜ as the manufacturer offers to all consumers a 5-year warranty for the product. The warranty provides the customer with a right to either repair, replacement of the defective product, or alternatively a refund at the reasonable discretion of the manufacturer. The warranty covers defects that originate from the manufacturer. The customer will therefore not have a valid warranty claim if the defect is a result of circumstances such as the following:
5.8.1. Inappropriate usage, mishandling, neglect or improper operation of the product not following the user manual’s guidelines.
5.8.2. Defects resulting from transportation incidents that occurred beyond the manufacturer’s responsibility.
5.8.3. Damage occurred due to usage outside the recommended voltage and frequency parameters.
5.8.4. Damages caused by inadequate maintenance of the product.
5.8.5. Damages resulting from electrical outages, power surges, and/or adverse weather conditions.
5.8.6. Damages stemming from the failure to install or assemble the product as per the user manual’s instructions.
5.8.7. Repairs or modifications conducted by individuals other than authorized agents.
5.8.8. Minor deviations from the specified quality that do not significantly affect the product’s value and functionality, or deviations that a reasonable customer would anticipate.
5.8.9. Damages caused by alterations in design, electrical connections, or firmware without prior agreement with the manufacturer.
5.8.10. Software and connectivity issues arising from local restrictions on accessing GPO Home cloud services.
5.8.11. Warranty coverage does not extend to the mobile App or cloud/online service downtime.

6.Claim time
6.1. GPO-Store is responsible for non-conformity and defects of the goods that arise within two years from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer. Proof of purchase of the goods is an invoice sent to the Buyer by email.
6.1.1. The Seller responds to the Buyer’s claim in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
6.2. The seller is not responsible for:
6.2.1. spoilage/damage to goods due to the fault of the Buyer
6.2.2. for defects resulting from improper use of the product
6.2.3. for normal physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
6.3. If a non-conformity of the goods or defects of the goods is detected, the Buyer is obliged to send a statement to the Seller as soon as possible, but no later than within 2 (two) months from the moment of discovery of the non-conformity of the goods or the defect of the goods. In case of failure to comply with the specified period without a good reason, the Buyer loses the right to refer to the non-conformity of the goods.
6.4. In case of non-conformity or defective goods, the Buyer has the right to demand replacement of the goods with a corresponding and serviceable product or refuse the order and return the non-conforming goods at the expense of the Seller.
6.5. In the event of returning a product that does not meet the requirements, the amount paid for the product (including delivery costs) will be transferred to the bank account specified by the Buyer no later than 14 days after receiving notification of the cancellation of the order and the desire to return the product.
7.Conditions for processing personal data
To provide better customer service, GPO OÜ collects and stores customer data in accordance with the following principles:
7.1. GPO OÜ adheres to the principles of personal data protection and confidentiality of confidential information in its activities.
7.2. GPO OÜ may process (including collecting, storing and transmitting) the following client data: name, address, email address and contact telephone number. In the case of companies, the company address, VAT registration number and company registration number are also added.
7.3. When collecting personal data, GPO OÜ is guided by the law, and data is collected to the extent necessary to fulfill concluded contracts and provide the best customer service.
7.4. GPO OÜ applies information technology and other necessary security measures to ensure the protection of personal data and control over the processing of personal data. GPO OÜ employees are aware of the principles of personal data protection and the obligation to keep confidential information secret and are responsible for violating the above obligations.
7.5. GPO OÜ does not transfer the client's personal data to third parties, unless such an obligation arises from the law or if the disclosure of data has been authorized by the person who is the owner of this data.
7.6. GPO OÜ can send its customers information about new offers and campaigns. The client has the right to refuse the promotional offer at any time by notifying GPO OÜ.
7.7. GPO OÜ stores personal data in its database, and the client has the right to receive from GPO OÜ information about his personal data, demand correction of incorrect personal data, information about completed transactions, deletion of an online store account and request the processing of personal data.
7.8. GPO OÜ records customer orders received by email and, if necessary, uses these records to confirm orders and customer actions.

8.Transfer of information
8.1. The Seller sends all notifications to the email address specified in the Buyer’s registration form.
8.2. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the Seller’s contact information (phone +372 5760 6060 and email shop@gpo-tech.com).
9.Final provisions
9.1. The Buyer and the Seller agree that all information on the website of the Seller’s online store (including these terms, information about the Seller, the goods and services offered, prices and guarantees, information about the rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer when concluding a purchase and sale agreement) is considered transmitted to the Buyer in writing.
9.2. All disagreements between the Buyer and the Seller arising from the Sale and Purchase Agreement will be resolved through negotiations. If it is not possible to reach an agreement, disagreements will be resolved in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
9.2.1 If the Seller refuses to satisfy the Buyer’s complaint or the Buyer does not agree with the proposed solution and believes that his rights are violated or his interests are infringed, the Buyer may file a complaint with the Consumer Disputes Commission (address: Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn or email address: avaldus@komisjon.ee) or to court.
9.2.2. In addition to the above, the Buyer has the right to use the online dispute resolution (ODR) platform https://ec.europa.eu/odr to resolve a dispute arising in connection with goods or services purchased from the online store. The online dispute resolution platform is primarily designed to resolve cross-border disputes, allowing the buyer to more easily find a suitable out-of-court organization in the trader's member state to resolve a particular dispute.
